: mid Apr-mid May with from early Apr and again late Aug-early Oct with a peak mid-late Sep and to late Oct. There are no Nov-Mar records. Frequently recorded from the Cadillac Mountain Hawkwatch.
Miscellany: Young Ospreys don't return until their third year, spending their entire second year on wintering grounds, primarily along South American rivers.
