: Breeds. mid May-early Aug in tall deciduous trees primarily around towns and villages or along the edge of lakes and streams. The Sieur de Monts area has supported nesting pairs. Hard to detect unless vocalizing.
: mid May-mid June and again mid Aug-mid Sep. Prefers deciduous woodlands and places where migrants congregate.
Miscellany: Our area is at the northeastern edge of Warbling Vireo's continental breeding range but local populations may be increasing.
